2. Information We Collect

• Account information: Your email address, user ID, and login provider details when you create or use an account.
• Device and app information: Device identifiers, app instance information, notification token, approximate locale and country information, and technical signals used for security and reliability.
• Usage information: Product interactions, screen usage, feature usage, analytics events, crash data, and performance data.
• Purchase information: Purchase status, transaction metadata, and subscription-related records. Payments are handled by Apple In-App Purchase or Google Play Billing. We do not store your full bank card number.
• Content you provide: Images, prompts, questions, generated study sheets, generated exercises, corrections, and other learning content you submit or create in the app.

3. How We Use Your Information

• Run the app, create accounts, authenticate users, and provide support.
• Generate, save, sync, and restore learning content such as revision sheets, generated exercises, and corrections.
• Prevent abuse and fraud, including duplicate welcome-bonus claims and account misuse.
• Monitor performance, fix crashes, and improve the app.
• Measure app usage and, where allowed, the effectiveness of advertising and user acquisition campaigns.

4. Artificial Intelligence and Content Processing

Bualo AI uses external AI services to process certain prompts, images, and study requests in order to generate educational content.

• AI providers: We may send user-submitted content to providers such as OpenRouter and underlying model providers for generation and processing.
• Storage and syncing: Some generated or user-created content may be stored in your account so you can access it later across sessions or devices.
• No sale of study content: We do not sell your study content.

5. Analytics, Advertising, and Tracking

We use analytics and attribution tools, including Firebase Analytics and Meta / Facebook SDK components, to understand app usage, improve the product, and measure campaign performance.

• Analytics: We collect usage, diagnostics, crash, and performance data to maintain and improve the app.
• Facebook Login: If you sign in with Facebook, Meta may receive information related to the login flow and related identifiers.
• Push notifications: We use Firebase Cloud Messaging and OneSignal to deliver push notifications, which involves sharing your device notification token and basic engagement data with these providers.
• App Tracking Transparency on iOS: On iPhone and iPad, when required, we ask for permission before using tracking-related data for advertising measurement or similar purposes.
• Your choices: You can refuse tracking permissions or change them later in your device settings where available.

6. Data Sharing

We do not sell personal data for money. We share information only when needed to run the app, measure performance, secure accounts, or comply with legal obligations.

• Service providers: Google Firebase (authentication, cloud database, analytics, crash reporting, cloud messaging), OneSignal (push notifications), hosting, cloud storage, AI processing, and payment providers.
• Sign-in providers: If you choose to sign in with Google, Apple, or Facebook, those providers process your authentication and share basic profile information (such as your name and email address) with us, subject to their own privacy policies.
• Advertising and attribution partners: Measurement and attribution partners, including Meta / Facebook SDK services, where applicable and allowed.
• Legal reasons: Courts, regulators, law enforcement, or other parties when required by law or needed to protect rights, safety, or security.

7. Data Retention and Account Deletion

We keep personal data for as long as reasonably needed to provide the service, maintain your account, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and prevent abuse.

• You can request deletion of your account and associated personal data at any time.
• Account deletion may be available in the app settings or by contacting support@bualoai.com.
• Some records may be kept when legally required or reasonably needed for fraud prevention, accounting, security, or dispute resolution.

8. Your Rights

Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or limit the use of your personal data, and to request portability where applicable.
